1] How to calculate volume in kilogram?
To calculate volume of the shipment you should take a measuring tape and measure length x width x height (in centimeter) / 5000 = Volume in kg.
For example:- length is 50cm x width is 20cm x height is 30cm (total = 30000) / 5000 =6kg.
2] How and where to track your shipment?
When you book your shipment from a particular company you would be provided with a unique tracking number which you use to track your shipment.
The courier company you handed your shipment to would give you the details as where to track your shipment as there are various service providers available in the market.
3] What precautions you must take while sending your parcel as customer?
You should always use a double zip-lock bag and pack it with sellotape for all the liquid stuff to avoid any spillage and ruining your entire package.
For fragile food items like chakli’s , ladoo’s , etc should be bubble wrapped or packed in plastic container to be extra safe.
Pick-up & Packaging at no extra cost!
We provide free pick-up service to our customers to ease their shipping process.Pick-up timings are fixed as per customer’s schedule by co-ordinating with the pick-up boy.
We provide free and customised (bubble wrap/extra sellotape/outer box plastic wrap) as per the customer requirements/convenience by co-ordinating with the pick-up in advance or the office staff ( walk in customer).
